Of course not! Sometimes odd things just get on our nerves. The more I try to ignore something, the more focused on it I become
Sometimes I get on my OWN nerves

You know you do bring a good point. Some voices do annoy me. I sometimes worry if my voice annoys others. I have been told many times I have a cartoon voice

I imagine that my voice annoys some people too! Gary sometimes tells me that I am talking too loudly - and that is exactly what annoys me in a public place! LOL! My problem is that he is hard of hearing and wears hearing aids, so I have to talk louder to him, especially if there is background noise. So, I'm SURE I annoy other people too! Wouldn't you know it!

I have a student on my bus who sounds like Ray Romano of Everybody Loves Raymond...lol. Drives me crazy sometimes.
My laugh has got to drive people nuts, but when something really gets me going....I cackle and loud too.

Diana, my (soon-to-be) four year old Emma, likes to talk constantly too. Sometimes I have to say, "Emma, I need you to be quiet for a while, my ears are starting to bleed". She knows that isn't real - my ears are starting to bleed, is a phrase our family uses a lot. LOL! But she knows when we say it, we have had enough of her talking for awhile.
