Just so happens I bought some cheese sticks for snack. I think part of it too is I wait till I'm hungry and by then I'm starved. I need to eat about the same time everyday and have a small snack in between.

Yes, that's what you need to do. Small protein snacks inbetween meals and foods with fiber are good too.

I've lost another pound since Diana left. I just can't believe it because I ate like crazy while she was here. I've been going out walking a bit so that may have helped some, but I didn't walk that much..
Seems I'm losing some inches because my pants are a little more loose. I'm really hoping that by next spring there will be a very VERY noticeable difference in my size.

On FB we have sites locally that people sell things on. I found this ab lounger thing and bought it today..lol. It's fun right now...we'll see how it goes in a week.

I had my body analysis before starting my exercise class. The analysis showed I should lose 20 lbs, but I know that would be too much weight for me to lose and actually I'm not starting exercise class to lose weight. I just want to get into better shape and be more active. It would be nice to lose 10 lbs, and if I do, great, if not that's OK too. There are nutrition classes once a week with the exercise program, so maybe that will help.
