I have worked for the same company for 24yrs.
I rarely am sick and have accumulated the max for sick days.(120) I loose 1 day per month at this point but I just can't call in sick when I'm not. Carol |

I've only been at my current job a bit over 2 months, so I haven't called in yet. I know when/if I do, it will be a major problem to find a replacment since we have a very small staff. I get 12 hrs per month of PTO... which includes sick days, vacation time and personal leave days.
I am actually taking a personal leave day on Friday of this week because I will have 3 days to use up before the end of the year or I lose them.
