My 2 cents. He's mad, but not necessarily at you, but you're there so he's taken it out on you. It sucks I know, but things will calm down. My guess is he's pissed at the substitute manager, but she's not there to yell at or he doesn't have the authority to yell at her, so you get the brunt. If anything you might take it as a compliment, he knows that if you knew how to do these things you would of done them well, but since you haven't learned yet(not your fault, you'll get there) you had to depend on this other woman that did things wrong. I'm sure he's pretty stressed right now since this woman was supposed to take care of things in his absence & she didn't do it or did it wrong. Just try & let it roll off your back right now until things calm down & then keep plugging away. you will get it.

Tink, I'm so sorry that you had a bad day yesterday. I hope that today is going much better for you. I can understand that learning things is harder than it used to be because I've felt the same way about myself. I know that my husband and kids don't understand and I'm sure that a supervisor wouldn't either. Anyway, I hope you're having a great day today!!!

Today went better for me THANK GOD.
No one came in to complain, I was able to do what needed to be done without any major problems, and the one mistake I made, I caught on my own and corrected before it became a problem.

I did have a few tough moments, but it was no where near the nerve wrecker that yesterday was. Here's hoping it continues to improve.

For those who are heading back to work today....I hope your week is a great one. I still have one week left to go and to tell ya the truth, I'm ready to go back. I have plenty here at home to do yet, but I need the structure. Today I'll mostly be running errands, maybe I can start getting some cleaning done on Wednesday. I'd like the place to be organized and clean by the time I go back to work. I've slacked real bad the last few days.

Thanks ladies! I had to go back today and was serioously dreading it.
It was just Andrew and I there today so we kept fairly busy. It wasn't an awful day thank goodness.
