Boy you guys go all out for your meatloaf. Since I hate to cook....I just use a lb hamburger, 1/2 package of crackers, some ketchup, Liipton onion soup mix, couple of eggs and smush it all together into a loaf and bake it. Nothing fancy, never measure the ingredients, but it always tastes good.

I would too if I'd stay off the computer!!! lolol That and the fact I just never liked cooking that much. I mean I cook, but usually no more than I have to and hardly ever something fancy. If it don't come in a box, frozen or can, it's a little too much work. My thought has always been I guess...I just hate making a mess just to have to clean it up again. Maybe if I fixed better, healthier meals I wouldn't be so darn fat!!

This is my receipe for meatloaf...
1lb. of sirloin chopmeat 2 eggs I mix in by eye, seasoned breadcrumbs and grated italian cheese about 1/2 each give or take. salt and pepper to taste garlic powder to taste an 8oz can of tomato sauce, I use about 1/2 the can and mix into chopmeat the rest I pour over the chopmeat as it is browning in oven. Once I mix all together, I flatted the meatloaf and place a few slices of ham and mozzarella cheese then I close and form the meatloaf. Cook until golden brown and center is cooked on 350.. |

I make mine different all the time - but one thing I ALWAYS do is rub Parm Cheese all over the outside of the meatloaf right before cooking it and a heavy layer on top - it makes it so yummy
