You don't have to do any HTML writing...you basically find a layout you like and they will give you the HTML and you just copy and paste it into the blanks on your page. Same with pictures...just upload pictures to a site like imageshack.us and then they will give you the HTML code and you just copy and paste it into your page. You can do a google search for "MySpace Layouts" and you will get TONS of sites that have cool layouts with HTML codes.
