I've had the reciipe printed out for quite a while, but have yet to try it. With Emilee's pregnancy and other things, I just haven't had time. As soon as these puppies are born and nursing good, then hopefully I'll get it made. It just sounds so good and I love potato soup!!

What is the sourcream for? Do you have tomix it in when you cook or is it an optional for the top? Thanks!
