 Keep up the good work and you will be in great shape by the summer. I am working out at the gym at least 3-4 xs a week. The weight is at a standstill but my clothes fit me much better. So I guess I am losing inches.

 Gina ~ You are doing so awesome working out. You too are a inspiration to me and I think I will jump on my easy glider today !!  I can't wait until I begin to notice a change in how my clothes fit.  I do have a bad habit of weighing everyday but I just can't help it, LOL.

Gina and Sheryl you guys are doing great!!! I'm still stuck at 220, but if I'd get on that treadmill, it would probably help. Yes, I still haven't got on it yet. It's suppose to be in the 60's today, so I'm going to go out for a walk before this depression takes over.
