Go for it hon. If you don't you will spend the rest of you life (or atleast awhile) wondering "what if?". Sounds like you won't be crushed if it doesn't happen so they can't kill you for trying

If this is something that you really want then go after it. Isn't this what part of life is about? Heading out "reaching" to make our dreams a reality?
