well I have unwillingly started losing weight again. not that I didn't want to just not this way. I have had a terrible stomach virus for 3 days now. I'm afraid to leave the house because I can barely make it to the restroom here.
 The upside is maybe by the time its over I'll have lost the 30 lbs I want to.

We were always taught to drink 7-Up or Sprite when we had upset tummies. We would just sip them, not drink a lot at once. Hope you feel better real soon.

Janet where I grew up I remember the pharmacy selling coke syrup for upset stomachs. So sweet I would imagine.. Tracy I hope your feeling better . |
