Gina, you are so right about the real estate. We could all be millionaires many times over if we had invested in the right real estate 10 years ago. Don't know why I didn't think of that.

Don't 'settle' for any man. Don't let yourself be taken advantage of. Listen to the people that really love you.

Going to Europe will be the BEST decision you could ever make in you life at this point.

Spend more time at your grandmothers house while in Europe. (oh how I regret not doing this!!! She feel ill with two strokes a few months after we left.)

Do more research. Get the work Visa for two years, not 6 months!!!

Learn as much as you can in school, don't take the easy way out!!!!

Be careful with who you give your heart to, both male and female. Make people earn your trust.

Spend as much time with Mom as possible. Go home to visit more often.

DON'T use the credit card to pay bills or buy that item you don't need. In fact, just don't apply for any, especially not just so you can get the free football T-shirt.

That's probably about it. I'm thankful for my experiences because they've made me who I am today. However, in some cases, I probably didn't need so much experience!

-5 years, keep the jeep, don't trade it in.
-10 years, have patience with daughter, God will bring her back, the right foundation is there.
-15 years, Adam is the right choice.
-20 years, leave him now!! Don't worry, it will work out. (Don't ever let daughter spend any time there without you)
-27 years Stay in college, you are smart and can be anything you want!
