It sounds like you fixed a really good supper and still was able to stay on your diet. Good job!!! It sounds like you're doing really well. Keep up the good work. Slow and steady is the way to go!!!

Well ladies, I'm still on the diet....just not losing any..LOLOL I'm stuck at a weight loss of 20 lbs. I'm still not giving up hope. I know when the weather is better and I'm outside more, that will give me a boost. Like I said, I would sure like it all to be gone tomorrow, but in reality, I'm in no hurry. I want it to stay gone this time.

Its best to lose it slow, that way theres less chance of that "yoyo" effect

I think you're so right. That is what has happened all the other times I tried to diet. I'll just take my time this time.

Good for you sticking to a diet and losing 20 lbs. My diets last for about one meal! I am soooooo bad. I know it's bad for me. My cholesterol is up and so is my blood pressure and my knees are gone. Any suggestions?

Janet, losing 20 lbs is a great accomplishment! Way to go hon!
I know from experience that it's harder to lose it that it is to put it on!
I agree you're doing it the smart way and should have an easier time of keeping it off.
