Good for you sticking to a diet and losing 20 lbs. My diets last for about one meal! I am soooooo bad. I know it's bad for me. My cholesterol is up and so is my blood pressure and my knees are gone. Any suggestions?

Janet, losing 20 lbs is a great accomplishment! Way to go hon!
I know from experience that it's harder to lose it that it is to put it on! I agree you're doing it the smart way and should have an easier time of keeping it off. ![]() ![]() ![]()
