I would guess that you're husband is upset because you did it with friends and he didn't even know about it. The other 3 you had before but since you're married he probably would have liked to be informed or maybe with you when you had it done. You kinda' left him out. I would have been upset if my husband did something like that to me and I didn't know anything about it until it was already done. JMO

i really didn't think it would bother him that much. i knew he would never get one but I didn't realize he would flip out if I got another one. We are fine now...we have spent the entire day together and it has not been brought up and we have had a great day. I think he will be ok in a few days.

I didn't do it thinking "let's see how mad I can make Jim."...I did it because it is something I have been wanting to do and it is just part of who I am.

I am sorry you and your husband are in a disagreement over this.. As someone said earlier, its your body and if you wanted to get one thats fine... I guess you should ust waiting it out and be very sweet to hubby tonight and she if you can cheer him up!! I am sure he'll forget about it over time.. Good luck.. I bet the tattoo is beautiful... Don't you have a picture of it that you can post.. I would love to see it

My hubby acted similarly when I donated my hair to Locks of Love last summer. He didn't even want to look at me....for days! But, he came around. He apologised, and says he has a hard time with changes like that. He even came around to say he loved my haircut afterall and he thought I looked super cute with short hair! Things were difficult between us for a few days, but it got better. I guess that's what marriage is all about....growing, learning, accepting....etc.

I like your tattoo! Is there any specific meaning behind the design? I don't have any tattoos, but I've been thinking about maybe getting a small one on my foot. But, just thinking...hmm...
