Awww! These are sweet days for you and your daughter - and you sound like you're really enjoying them. The tooth fairy used to leave my daughter little letters about herself, and her sister, Heather. Did you know that she always wears her purple gown when she comes to get little girls' teeth? My daughter did the same thing for her oldest daughter, by the way.

When I was young it was 25 cents, when my son was young (he's 16 now) it was $1.00. Not sure what the going rate for a tooth is nowadays.

hehe...i had NO idea what the "going rate" was...but she got a $1 bill and 6 quarters
 just what was in our "catch all" bowl in the kitchen, minus the pennies she was ecstatic this morning, she was so excited to see her teacher and tell her about it. so she gets up this morning "Is my tooth still gone??? cuz I want to show miss allison" HAHAHA I laughed soooooo hard. yes, hun, it is still gone she is so stinking cute!!!!!!!!!!
