I had not used any discretionary points, so I think with the 9 I still had left for today and the 35 extra available, I really did not blow it, just have to stay with the 18 the rest of the week.


I didn't see it on the Home page, Marilyn, I'm sorry. It's okay if you 'blew' it on your birthday...that is your day and you can do whatever you want. I think it's a law or something....LOL Hope you had a great day!

Wow, I somehow missed that part of your post Marilyn!! Happy Birthday!!!!!!!! I hope you had a wonderful day. I think that definitely calls for "blowing" your diet. lol.

BTW--There are no calories on your birthday. Everything counts as "0"!!! Isn't that a law or something somewhere?
