Meatloaf


1 package of Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 lb. of hamburger meat
1 egg
1 cup of breadcrumbs

Meatloaf sauce

2 smalls cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1tbsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Mix soup mix, meat, egg, and breadcrumbs and then add 1/4 cup of sauce mix-bake for 30 minutes then put the rest of the sauce mix on top of meatloaf and bake for another 30 minutes at 350* it is very good my hubby loves it and he HATES veggies!!! hope you like it and it's really easy to make i like to make mashed potatoes and use the sauce from the meatlof for gravy....yummy!!!
