I hope you're back to 'normal' Angie and poor Brendon, did he need some of your pain medicine?
Before the night was over I think he might have Janet--It was just so different from normal for her.--guess drugs will do that

Hannah, thank you for your concern. I am feeling much better now. The pain is a lot less frequent than before and I have a follow-up appointment on Thursday.

Janet, I'll tell him you said that he should be a writer. Poor Brendon is right. I felt so awful when I found out that I hit him. He just laughs about it, but still...

Angie, what stood out most in that story for me is how much he loves you. Even if you did sucker punch him! LOL

I hope your recheck goes well and that this is all behind you soon.

I'm still laughing!!! You poor thing. Tell Brendon I think he's a truly great husband and a fabulous writer.

What do you think is wrong? Eat easily digested foods, I would think.

I hope you feel better, and try not to beat anyone up.

Judy

I'm glad that you're feeling better, but still concerned that you're still having pain. I hope that the doctor can find out what's causing your problem.

You can tell in your husband's post how much he loves and cares for you. Sounds like you got a keeper!!!!

Now that's love, lol! Wow, I still feel awful about that. Funny thing is, I don't even remember it!

Actually, the pain is not in my abdominal area so I don't think it's related to food. The doctor's call it lower pelvic pain. In other words, it's below my bellybutton and between my hips. I researched it when I got home, since they didn't give me any kind of diagnosis, and found this site that pretty well explains what I'm feeling. It says that many women with this problem never get a specific diagnosis, so I may never know what's really going on. Maybe I'll know more after my check-up on Thursday.

Thanks Diana. Unfortunately, after doing the above research, I think pain management might be the only option if they can't determine the cause of the problem. I'm just glad the CT scan didn't show anything bad. That was definitely a relief!

I think he's a keeper as well. I'm so lucky to have him by my side during both the good times and the not-so-good times. He's an amazing support and encouragement to me. And so you are ladies! Thanks for all of your well wishes and helpful advice!

Angie, my mom's has been going through some problems that they were having a hard time diagnosing. She would get up a lot and use the bathroom in the night and hurt really bad, especially when she stood up. She was recently diagnosed with Interstitial cystitis. I don't know what your symptoms are but I hope that they are able to find out soon. It's no fun to hurt.
