Sneaking a nap
I've been busy lately with my puppies, family, website, and so on. By mid afternoon I seriously need a break. So I've granted myself the luxury of sneaking a nap.
Oh man that's the greatest thing! Something so simple, refreshing and cost-free, I don't even feel a twinge of guilt over it. In fact I highly recommend it to any who have the chance. So how many of you sneak a nap in the afternoon?

It's awesome that you had time to relax and catch up on your sleep Tink. I don't remember the last time I did that (other than when I was sick...)

Afternoon naps are the best, i wish i could do that, though some afternoons i fall asleep on the couch after dinner while watching as the world turns.

If I lay down and take a nap I usually fall asleep really hard and have a hard time waking back up. So, no, I don't usually take naps.
