Today is THE Day!!
Okay everyone, I officially started WW today. When I got on the scales this morning I weighed 231 POUNDS!! FAT FAT THE WATER RAT!!!
Anyway, I got my groceries this morning so I'm all set. I need to cut up my veggies so I'll have handy snacks, but I'm ready to go. I won't weigh or tell anyone my weight until next Tuesday. I'm just going to do it on a weekly basis. and....I'm......off let the weightloss begin!
