I Did Good!!!!

I am just so happy!!!! I sent to the WW meeting last night and just weighed in. I didn't stay because I don't like to be away from the puppies very long. Anyway.....I lost another 3.8 lbs. That is a grand total of 13.8 lbs in 3 weeks. I doing it.....I'm doing it!!! Pray I keep doing it!!!...LOL

You go girl! I think you should make a before and after picture, progressing along. Put on an outfit and make your picture. Then, put that same outfit on and stand in the same place once a month or so.

I'm still doing Curves, but am not dedicated to the dieting part. I'm going to find a WW meeting!

My daughter wants a Curves membership for her birthday. How much is it, if you don't mind me asking. They don't terll you o their website and from what I can figure out from other sites, they're about $150 to join, and then about $30/month?

Sorry, I didn't catch your question earlier. I pay $42/m through an ExxonMobil corporate discount program with Curves. They had some deal going when I started that if you had had a mammogram recently the signup was free.

That's a great idea...I'll have to find something that shows my fat........well you know, and then take another one when I lose it!! I love WW so far. I get to eat anything I want. I've tried every diet in the world (almost) and this is so much better than they ever were. I'm not going hungry.

YAAAAAAAAAAAA Way to go Janet!!! Your doing wonderfully and by the spring you will start noticing by your clothes.... Keep up the good work!

BTW I just brought the stella doro 100 pack snacks , I hear ww allows them. They are really satisfying with a cup of coffee or tea. I munch on many different favorities of 100 calories packs.. I lost a few pds myself this week, being I am on a soft food diet...lol oh well the only postive thing ...

Okay....looks like I'm going to have to get off my fat butt and exercise now...

I only lost .4 tonight at the WW weigh-in. I knew it was going to slow down, but I darn near got whiplash from that weigh-in...LOL. Guess the old treadmill and I are gonna have to become fast buddies again....darn it!
