 Your doing wonderfully and by the spring you will start noticing by your clothes.... Keep up the good work!BTW I just brought the stella doro 100 pack snacks , I hear ww allows them. They are really satisfying with a cup of coffee or tea. I munch on many different favorities of 100 calories packs.. I lost a few pds myself this week, being I am on a soft food diet...lol oh well the only postive thing ... |
