is it a white piece? I might try a bit of peroxide on it... shouldn't hurt...
Blech actually weakens stretchy fabrics as it kind of disolves the threads... NOT a good look.... so I'd avoid that.

I don't know if this will help, but my grandma uses this on a lot of stains and it gets almost anything out! She mixes a bit of vinegar with dish soap and rubs it on the stain before putting it in the washer.

lol well i'm glad it worked for you because i have white bikini bottoms that I really love, and I went camping last year and wore a new blue skirt overtop of them, and I accidently dyed the back of them with a tinge of blue
