Thanks Janie, I'm very pleased with how they turn out. I've bred different breeds over the years and have never had smarter, more sociable pups than the Labradoodles. It's so funny... when their new owners come they seem to just decide "Oh that's my new person! Hi, I love you!" and go off happily. We haven't had one that was shy or fearful in the least. That they're so cute with their Labradoodle coats grown out is just icing on the cake. I'm really smitten with them.
![]() Prior to this, I bred Rotties and German Shepherds, so there wasn't the color contrast there that there is in these pups. It could be something really obvious that I'm just overlooking, but I have no clue what!

I am totally convinced that if we ever get a bigger dog it would really have to be a Labradoodle. Hubby loves them too... As for the other thing.... I am totally mystified and have no clue. My first thought went immediately to different body temps, because they are so little ( eyes and ears closed) , but I guess you will know more as they get older. I hope you will let me know the answer when you figure it out. |
