I'm weepy this morning too. I'm just so sorry that Kat is so sad and then she posts this!! It's not helping the tears to dry up!!! Love ya', Kat!!! I think that I'm going to have to buy some of that stock, Janet!!

I'm having trouble typing ...it's hard to type through tears. This is a beautiful moment and all thanks to a determined mom and a thoughtful fire department. I wish that every child who is leaving this world could have such caring people around them.

Tht was really beautiful!
My 17 year old son was a fire cadet. When he was about 5 my neices boyfriend was a fireman and he let him try on all of his gear. They took a picture of him in it. When he became a cadet, they came to the lighting of the Christmas tree in full gear and I got a picture of him. I have a double frame with both pics in it, and it makes me want to cry every time I look at it, to see how he has grown!
