I have decided! I am going up next week. There are 2 I really liked, so I'm going to choose which one, and then I'm going to tell my realtor to make an offer.
Jessie is coming with me to help me decide. My realtor spoke to someone who lives there full time (another realtor). There are 12 year round owners, but a lot of seasonal and weekend owners, so there are definitely people I'll get to know. I was suppose to go yesterday, but my vet told me I couldn't leave Gracie alone. She has a stuffed nose and is on antibiotics so I was going to leave them at the vets overnight. Joanne (one of the workers there) told me absolutely not! I must stay with her overnight until she recovers. I was laughing when I hung up. What a flower she is! I am so excited! It's so beautiful there, and the townhouses are amazing.
