Here's the most recent update on MSN. They make it sound like it was primarily scouts that were injured, but it was mostly older scouts as it was a training camp. It seems like the ones that were out hiking were okay. It was the ones that were still at the camp that got hurt.

There were 4 thirteen year old scouts that were killed and 48 injured. The news reported that the scouts were immediately ready to treat each other and had first aid kits available to use. The camp was in either eastern Nebraska or western Iowa, quite a ways from Janet. It sounds like the scouts didn't have too much notice of the tornado coming. It must have came down pretty close to the campground. So sad.

It was on the news over here too.
How devastating, those poor parents.
I will keep checking for updates.

That is such a tragedy. So young. Prayers to them and their families.

No it was no where near where I am. I did see on the Ann Curry Today report that there was nothing left of the campground. It showed an interview with two boys and the younger one, though speaking, was visiably upset. Their parents were with them during the interview.
