ok. I guess I'll post a picture of me. I do not look like a model, like Elaine, I'm a short, fat old lady!

Speaking of birthdays, our big month is August
My grandfather was the 4th
I'm the 8th
Sister, Joan 14th

And I don't know anything about numerology....but....
I'm 8/8, I was married in 88 (twenty years on Wed), my daughter is 4/8 and my son is 12/4 (12-4 is 8).

I found out that I was pregnant with my son (after 4 years of infertility) on my father's birthday 4/26 and that was also my daughter's due date. that was neat because he passed away back in '85 so it kind of put him in the picture!

well, I'm not old yet...but somehow my body has not gotten that message! I'm a 48 year old woman trapped in a 78 year old body.

Thank you guys for the compliment. LOL. I wasn't trying to draw attention to myself. LOL. I'm kind of camera shy so I really don't have pictures of myself and almost didn't post this one but couldn't find another and saw everyone had a picture of themselves in their avatar. Gina, I'm originally from Point Pleasant, and now live 15 minutes south of Toms River. Terri. You are not an old fart and you and your husband look very loving together. You make a beautiful couple. I understand what you're saying. We're not 21 anymore and it sucks like crazy.

Elaine....we decided to use pictures of ourselves most of the time so we knew who we were writing to, that's how our pictures for the avatars came about.

The pictures are a nice idea. you're right aging does suck. I'm rounding 40 (of course if anyone tells I'll have to cut their tongues out. LOL) When my two boys were young I could pull the wool over their eyes and have them believe I was still in my 20's (ha ha) then one day my father blew it for me. My oldest is 14 now and I used to be his friend now I'm just "gay" as he calls me and I embarrass him with my "Old Fart" music. LOL.
