Just introducing myself

Hi, I have been lurking on and off for awhile now and thought I'd post a little about me.

I am 49, married with three grown children. I also have 4 grandchildren. My newest was born in July. I have two male yorkies who I adore. I worked for 20+years as a legal word processor, and was put on short term disability by my dr. in Feb. In August, he suggested long term disability so I am basically retired and finding it so difficult to get used to. This is not something I wanted to do, so it will take time.

I am looking forward to talking with you all and getting to know you. You all seem so nice!

Hi Nina!!! I'm so glad you've decided to post and let us get to know you. You're right, you couldn't ask for a better group then right here at 4WT.

I do want to apologize already for my posts yesterday. My husband had lost his job and while there are people trying to survive the aftermath of a hurricane...our own Sandy for one, I'm worried about a job loss. He'll find another job.

I just need to learn to walk away from the computer when I'm feeling distraught. SO....please, don't let my rantings discourage you from joining in and having a great time. I'm glad you're here.

Oh Janet, don't worry about it at all! I'm sure you are very frustrated, and there's nothing wrong with venting! If it helps to vent, then please feel free to do so. That won't discourage me from posting lol. We all have bad days.
