The picture with the orange trees had the sun shining right down on them and it really made them stand out. That's probably why the color looks so bright. There were spots all along the way that were so pretty!

It was a LONG drive. I thought that it would take me 11 hours but it ended up being 12. I was so ready to get out of my Tahoe by the time I got here!!!

We're having a blast!! Of course, I just came to see Janet but we're having fun looking at the town and today we're going to a flea market and some garage sales. Two of my favorite things to do!!!

I'm really enjoying Janet's dogs! They each have their own personalities and I could just pack each of them up and take them home with me but Janet's probably going to do a baggage check before I can leave!!! LOL The puppies are still so tiny and I'm just in awe with them because I've never seen baby yorkies! Emilee is so protective of them and every time I even start down the hallway she runs to protect her babies. It's so cute!!! Joey likes to be held and will push the girls out of the way to get attention. Gidget likes to give lots of kisses!! Her tongue is always trying to make a hit!! Fancy is a little stand-offish but she's starting to get close enough now that I can pet her a little. You can tell that they all love their Mom and that she's crazy about them too. Even Penny is a sweetheart and she comes in once in a while to be loved on!!

Janet and I have laughed and laughed. She's pretty much what I expected, no surprises. She's just like what she is on here except she's full of laughter!!! Her home is beautiful and her husband and son are really nice. Ricky is a very polite and well mannered son and Rick and Ricky are very pleasant to visit with.

So were you surprised that I'm here? It was so hard to keep a secret from everyone. We wanted to make sure that I'd actually be able to come.

It seems odd that we're both on 4WT right now only in different rooms!!!!
