They came out on tuesday switched from HDDVR box to a standard dvr box since I do not have an HDTV, I got standard dvr for a year for free. Well the box died the next morning and I had to have them come out again to put in a new box and this time they put back the HDDRV box and made it work. Soooo weird how hard they made things... geezzz.... 3 trips, 3 inconviences for me and them... but finally its all working now I hope!
