A Shopping Trip

Here's some more stuff that I bought.....

1. Here's the shirt that I bought for myself. I didn't show the black slacks since I figured that everyone knows what they look like!!!

2. Here's the flatware that I bought. They were marked $99.99 and I got two boxes. They rang up with tax for around $78! They must have been about $35 a box. I was really happy with that!!!

3 & 4. This is the dress that I bought for Karlie. I'm not going to make it a Christmas gift because I want her to wear it and she won't understand why she's short on having gifts to open. I'm going to have Dae Lynn get her photo taken for Christmas. BTW-I'm watching her today and she wanted to be in the picture!!!

And lastly, here's a picture of Jaci's Christmas dress. I couldn't find the necklace and earrings. They're really sparkly. You can bet that I'll be posting pictures of her when she's going to the dance so you'll get to see it on her.

We actually found a dress that I liked better but Jaci hated it. It was similiar colors but more of the hot pink and it had black netting that made it poofy. I thought that it was darling but Jaci thought that if you added a magic wand and a lot of glitter that she could be the tooth fairy!!!! She's so funny!!!

Sounds like you had a really nice time and looks like you got some very nice things!! I'm sure it must feel good to have so much accomplished. It's great that you are getting to have fun in the process by going with your friends, and hope your new pastor search goes very well!!! The dress for Karlie is beautiful!!!!

Not sure when we will be able to do our Christmas shopping. Will probably do most of it online. Just no time to go to the stores. We have a gospel meeting this weekend, and our preacher and his wife are having all the elders and deacons and their wives out to their house at noon on Saturday for food and fun.

Then Thanksgiving is upon us and will have to start baking fruit cakes very soon. Christmas parties will start right after Thanksgiving, so online late at night is the only way to shop for us!!!

My goodness Diana...you did good girl!! Karlie is going to look so cute in the dress. I thought it was funny she wanted to be in the picture. How cute!!!

I don't think I'm going to have to do much shopping this year. Everyone wants a gift card..how easy it that? Oh I will pick up a few things for the boys and Mom, but that's it. I just may enjoy Christmas this year.

Any time that the camera is out Karlie wants to have her picture taken. Then she wants to see each one after you take it. She loves the camera! She is a cutie and she says and does the cutest things. She loves to watch Dora on TV and when Dora says to say or do something she does it! Karlie loves to sing and dance too. Like I said she's a cutie!! I'm excited to have a little one in the family again. I just love it when they're little!!! Of course, buying dresses is one of the parts that I love too!!
