Octuplets.....

People in my office were talking about her six other kids this morning. Obviously she has money if she could afford the fertility treatments, but she had better have a lot of money to afford FOURTEEN kids!!! My roommate has triplets for siblings and I know it was financially tough on her family to have 3 kids going through diapers at the same time. It's definitely a weird situation for this octuplets woman. I think a lot of people are curious to know the whole story!

I'm with you on this Diana....where's the father? Surely a Dr. wouldn't do this with a woman with 6 kids and no husband? Does she have one?

I just have to say that I think the doctors were VERY irresponsible when they implanted 8 embryos!! Especially if the family was struggling to survive as it is with the 6 children they have at home!! I just don't understand what they were thinking! Of course the children are the ones that will suffer. I also read somewhere she wants to nurse all of the babies!!! How on earth she is going to do that I have no idea! I just can't imagine carrying that many babies but thank goodness the babies are doing ok.

I had read that article earlier. She's had fertility treatments to conceive all of them!! And she's not married!!!! I think that the medical establishment needs to take a look at their practices on this. This is just plain rediculious!!!! Fourteen kids all under the age of seven!!!!!
