DIANA...getting any of that snow??

Well, today we've had rain, sleet, some ice (not much), and now we have thunder!!! It's not suppose to start snowing until after 1:00 am so we'll be waking up to snow!!! We've had enough ice to cover the satellite dish so there's no TV. I guess we're watching movies tonight!!!

It's been tough going outside with Jazzi. She nor I are liking the cold and wet!! I finally took her in the garage to poop because she was refusing to go in the yard. Poor little thing!!! It's suppose to be in the 50's in a few days!!!

Poor Jazzi....I wouldn't want to potty out in that kind of weather either...lol. At least you get some of the snow you wanted and then the warmer temps will get it back to spring. Enjoy it while you can.

Diana, my boys don't want to go out in bad weather either - nor do I use pee pads. We have a covered porch and I bought some of that green outdoor carpeting and I have a couple of really old chairs and when the weather is bad, they will pee on the chair legs, and also poop on the green carpet.

That is a good idea for my deck. I really hate just letting them go wherever out there. I wash it down with vinegar and water, and pick up the poop, but yuk!

Thanks Gayle. I'm going to have to give this some thought. I want to put up a safe area for them out there anyway. I'm afraid Max will jump over the wall. He tries already. Annie might too.

Well, there was no snow this morning. I was really disappointed when I got up and looked outside. We've had quite a bit of rain, which is nice and needed very much. We're suppose to get sleet at any time and then it's suppose to turn to snow after 1:00 pm. We're still in a winter weather advisory.

Jaci had a music contest in another town and all of Kansas canceled their music contests for today. I was really glad because I didn't want MY daughter riding in a bus out of town in really bad weather. Someone made a good decision.
