I just bought a yellow squash. I just cut them up, with zucchini and tomato, a little salt, and some tuna or salmon. That has been dinner for the past couple of weeks, unless I'm cheating on my diet.
They are delicious! I love your garden, Gayle. It feels like you just planted it. Lindsey - don't feel too bad., It snowed here on Sunday. Yesterday was in the 80's though.
