YAY, JANET!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an inspriation! I am so happy that you are still doing it. 4 lbs is great! Don't be disappointed. Rest assured that you will keep the weight off because you are doing it the RIGHT way! When I did WW, which was 4 years ago, I lost 10 lbs and have kept it all off until just recently. I have gained 5 lbs since I've been married. Ugh. But keep up the good work!!!!!!!

Oh my goodness Janet CONGRATS!!!! 4LBs is a lot... really, just find yourself 4lbs of butter and hold it up, or carry it in your hand for a while, it get's heavy... that's what you have lost, it's gone and no longer clings to your body
