Mexican Food!

My husband's sister and her husband are here this weekend for the green chile festival. We took them to see the Mexican Freetail bats (about a million - no, I'm not kidding) take flight from underneath an overpass bridge. It is quite a sight as they fly out to feed on mosquitoes/other insects for the night. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Au...watching_3.jpg

THEN, we went to Chuy's for chile rellenos for dinner!! MMMMMM!!!!!! Today we'll buy fresh green chiles and tour the city. We'll hit the Oasis - a gorgeous setting just outside of Austin on the lake. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/Z5Oc3...jtoavtz_rxz1Cg click on the pictures and you'll see how pretty it is. The food is not the greatest, so we'll just get an appetizer and have a beer (well, I'll have soda, as I'm the designated driver!)
