I used to pretty much just use tampons
but now for some reason I've been getting TERRIBLE CRAMPS that leave me crying on the floor and as you all know tampons are not good for cramps! ew and I know how irratating it is to use both that's how I used to be then I was light and now I have REALLY heavy periods again |
