I Did Good!!!!
I am so proud of myself I can't stand it!!!!!! My first weigh in....drum roll please............I lost 7.2 lbs...yay!!!!!!
 I need to do a happy dance!! Before anyone says anything...LOL...I know that the first couple of weeks will be water loss and that it will slow w..a..y.. down to 1 or 2 lbs a week IF that. So I'm prepared....I'm just so darn happy I feel like going crazy!! Can't wait for the guys to come home so I can tell them....YAY!!!
