Kat Having Surgery
I wanted to let everyone know that Kat (Kathy Carasella) is having bypass surgery on Monday, Sept. 15th. Here is the information I have. She is taking her new laptop with her so if you would like to email her, you'll have to PM me if you don't have her email address, or we can just have a thread here for her to read.
Let's all remember to keep her in our prayers. Monday 9/15 @ 2:30 PM CST Elmhurst Memorial Hospital 200 Berteau Ave. Elmhurst, Illinois 60126 Phone 630-833-1400 Don't know ext. # yet

Kat, wishing you the best and a very speedy recovery. Is it heart bypass? I've been out of touch for a while.

Kat, Your at the very top Number 1 on my prayer list. Don't give the doctors to hard of a time. Hope to see you back on here really soon. We miss you....

Found on another forum:
No surgery because: 1. Dr had an emergency 2. Kat has a low fever and dehydration 3. a test result didn't come back 4. when the Dr came back there was no one to assist..... Too many things going wrong....just not meant to be today.... ...and she left the hospital in her gown.......in a blanket....the security guard was following them.... she got dressed in the car.....LOL....But she is ok....

Looks like more than one of us is running out of a hospital lately. When things aren't going right, it's the best option!!! Glad she had the courage to get out of there, but hope she can get the treatment she needs very soon.
