Harvest Potatoes

I posted earlier on the Pot Roast thread that I was making Harvest Potatoes tonight.. too good not to share. Tastes like twice baked potatoes without the work. Enjoy!!

Harvest Potatoes
1 32oz. frozen hash browns thawed
1 can creme of chicken soup
1 cup sour creme
1/2 cup butter (or margarine)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 t. salt
Optional: 2 oz. 100% real bacon bits

Combine all ingredients well, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 9" x 13" pan.

It sounds really yummy!

Unfortunately, at my age, I can't eat things like that - just too many calories.

Oh for the days when I could eat whatever I wanted!!!

I have a recipe that's really close to yours and it is really good. I make it for a lot of church dinners. Yummmmm!!!

Here I have this yummy easy recipe, tomorrow is a pot luck at work and I couldn't figure out what to take... wish I would have thought of this one when I was at store earlier!!!

I am taking a easy pasta with sauce.. and I better get started on it!!

I still haven't tried it yet. I'm so dorky...LOL. Might help if I took the recipe to the kitchen instead of leaving it here by the computer....duh!!!
