meat gravy and chicken gravy are about the only ones I ever make, except for sausage gravy which is made just like hamburger gravy. I use the patty sausage, not the link. What makes it so great though, is that after you make sausage gravy, you get to put it on the homemade biscuits that I (or my mom) makes. Mmmmmm! There's nothing like homemade biscuits and sausage gravy.

I have made red eye gravy, that is supposed to be eaten with ham. I didn't think it was anything too special, so I've never made it again.

I do make roast gravy - I cook my roast in the over for several hours on 250 - then thicken the juices that form at the bottom of the pan - now that is GOOD!!!
