One of our recent favorites! Pasta Caprese
http://www.recipezaar.com/103965 I recommend freezing the cheese cubes after you cut them, otherwise when you throw them in with the hot salad, you may end up with a blobby cheese ball lol when they are frozen, it turns out perfect
