Darn! I got home from work too late to get it made, so I am planning to make it tomorrow when I will have more time.
We had Taco Bell tonight!  Hey I offered to make some other things that were quick, but some guy that lives with me requested Taco Bell. I wonder what that says about my cooking. LOL!

OK Diana! NO smart remarks!!!
I made the goulash and OMG! it is really good and very easy to make! The guy who lives with me loved it - so this recipe is definitely a keeper.I only made half the recipe and we had about half left over - the perfect amount to eat for lunch tomorrow!

Don't pay any attention to Diana, I'm sure the guy that lives with ya just didn't want you to have to cook after a long day Tacos were just easy to pick up from a restaurant! He was only thinking of you
