Judy, it's really sweet that you want to share your guardian angel with us!

I'm thrilled about your car and I'm so, so thankful that you are safe and sound!

Tim, my mechanic, called me this morning to tell me that the side window will cost $450!!!! I asked him to please try to think of another way to fix it. He said maybe he could put a piece of plexiglas in.

I may go with the Hefty bag technique! I'm sure you have seen it....It's usually a black Hefty Bag, taped in place with duct tape. Not attractive, and probably not warm in the car, but it might work for me until I find another car!

As a matter of fact Judy, we were out earlier today and I saw a mini van that had the hefty bag and duct tape on the passenger door window. It was actually done very neatly too. I say do whatever works for you. It really didn't look all that bad.

Thanks for wanting to share your guardian angel Judy. I could always use a little extra help. I personnally thing the bag and duct tape is quite attractive....LOLOL. You'll have a new one in no time...so I wouldn't worry about what it looks like. You know I always wish you the best.
