Oh Lynne....I know you don't want another surgery, but if it will help...

Lynne I am sorry to hear that you are having back problems again. I will keep you in my prayers and hope that you don't need more surgery.

Well I had 2 cortizone shots in my lower spin area (and yes it hurt like heck) and i feel much better. I still feel a little catch in my back if i move just a certain way, or if i sit too long in one position like at work but over all i feel much better. I just hope the shots work long enough for the herniated disc to repair itself, if not then i will probably have to have the surgery to repair it. But so far so good LOL
