I postponed it because my court date was on Jessie's birthday. My new date is March 9, which is my birthday! But, I am going, with all of my proof and so on.

The judge called me at home. I was out and she left the nicest message. I don't think they have had a real crime over there in years!

I am going to play it by ear. I have a copy of the law against carrying medication in a non prescription bottle, which I may show her depending on how it goes. It states that you can't do this unless they are used by a person or pet (?????) I think it is purposly vague. If it's just a fine, and leaves me without a criminal record, I will smile and pay it and go on my merry way!

I'm sure that things will go well. It's a lot different being in court in a small town compared to a large city. I will advise you to NOT call the judge a "moron" or any other name. Small towns will use just about anything to add to their cash flow!!!
