I've only been taking the glucosomine for just a few days, but I can tell a difference in my knees already.....unbelievable!! Sure hope the dr can make my neck, shoulder and arm pain go away as quickly.

Don't know how I missed this thread. I hope your knee is feeling better now. My bones are very small so I'm always scared they will do me wrong. XOXO
