Our neighbors have chickens but they are in a fenced area with a coop. Can Glenn get a set up like that for the chickens so they won't tear up the yard?

Yes, he can and he was going to but the chickens got so big that he couldn't just leave them in the coop any longer. We have about 30 chickens now so they'll need a good sized pen. You would not believe how fustrated I am about the whole chicken thing. My yard looks AWFUL.
You know in the old movies that had a farm house? There was a reason that they didn't have any grass.......it's because they had CHICKENS!!!

In my case there was no grass before I got the chickens so I don't feel bad for not having grass.
![]() Her eggs are very small but hopefully there's time for growth. I have a small coop and I put a fence around so they can roam free. That way my dogs or other wild animals don't get to them. I don't think I would show my chickens. Wouldn't even know where to start. ![]() I know I am not allow to have roosters here so I make sure I get all females. Love my eggs ![]() |
