Yea I read somewhere that scientists have experimented with taking as much as 30 GRAMS of the stuff at a time with no ill side effects. I guess 2Tbl won't hurt.

I also read that how soon it takes effect is different for every person. Sometimes it takes 3 days to start working and for others it takes 3 months!
